The global campaign calls out societal pressure and champions authenticity and self-expression amongst the youth, particularly Young Adults
New Delhi, India | 26th March 2026:
Tuborg has launched its new global campaign,‘You Don’t Have To’, taking a stand against the growing pressure of hustle culture and the constant drive for social media perfection weighing down on Young Adults today.
At a time when young people are expected to constantly perform — from climbing the corporate ladder to leading curated lifestyles — Tuborg is encouraging them to step back with a simple message: You don’t have to follow the same path as everyone else.
Built on the insight that 40% of Young Adults experience ongoing anxiety due to societal pressure and the need to be “always on”, the campaign supports a shift towards more authentic self-expression and individuality.
Rolling out globally, the campaign will span digital, social media, and out-of-home platforms, engaging consumers through thought -provoking and rebellious storytelling.
Commenting on the campaign, Partha Jha, Vice President – Marketing, Carlsberg India, said:
"With ‘You Don’t Have To’, we’re encouraging young people to let go of the constant pressure to conform and embrace who they are. There is no single definition of success, and this campaign is about celebrating that freedom of having your own voice & owning your own rhythm ."
